Every group is different and we will talk about your financial goals for the event. Some like to try and keep the cost as low as possible for their guests as long as their trip cost is covered. Others treat this as an opportunity to make a return on their retreat and build in a solid profit margin for themselves. You can fall anywhere on this scale and I will help you put the correct price point on your event to make sure your goals are met.

STEP 3: PROMOTE RETREAT

We have library of photos and videos that you can use to promote your retreat online and at your studio. High quality content of the villas, the beaches, excursions, yoga practices, food & drinks, reviews and more that beautifully and accurately depict what a retreat looks like in Cabrera. We will help you put together sales materials and plan for the launch of your retreat!

STEP 4: SELl out!!

After you launch and the interest starts rolling in, I serve as a guest coordinator and answer all questions about Cabrera, the villa services, flights & travel, excursions, and anything else to ensure they book and invest in themselves! When they are ready to commit the guest will:

• submit 50% in order to reserve their spot

• choose their private suite (all rooms have private bathrooms and AC!)

• book their flights (and send me a copy of their itinerary)

• pay the final 50% anytime 30 days prior to arrival
